2012 Tariff:

Summer (1st of May - 15th of October).
Winter (16th of October - 30th of April).

Summer tariff:

Double Room €60.
Double Room B&B €60.
Double Room HB €100.
Double Room with single occupancy €35.
Double Room with single occupancy B&B €40.
Double Room with single occupancy HB €60.

Belvedere Apartment - 4 double rooms, 3 shower rooms (2 en-suite), living area with open fireplace, large kitchen, balcony and large garden. Daily price €25 per person (minimum 2 nights).

Please note that prices may vary during Christmas, New Year, Easter and any other Italian Bank Holidays. Please enquire at time of booking.

Children – 10 years and under:

Children under the age of 4 sharing a parents room stay free.
A travel cot can be provided, please request at the time of booking.
Children under the age of 10 receive a 50% on meals.
Children under the age of 4 receive 100% on meals.

Pets:

Pets are welcome, please advise at the time of booking.
Owners must take full responsibility of their pets and will be charged for any damage caused.
Please note, pets are not permitted in the restaurant.

Smoking:

Under italian law, smoking is not permitted indoors.

Charges not included in the daily rates:

Washing machine, €10 per load.
Ironing service, €10 per hour.
Extra cleaning, €10 per room on request

Heating:

A small charge is requested during winter months (15 of October until 30 of March), please enquire at time of booking.
